Reflection No.4

Interviewee: Abdulla Hussian

The interview was in Higher College of Technology in a room called Independent Research Centre at 8:00 in the morning. The interviews were Mr. Hedley, Yousif and Abdulla Ahmed. He studied Civil Engineering in Higher College of Technology and he is looking for a sponsor to continue to get Master Degree. In the first part of the interview Abdulla hussain introduced him to the interviewers and shared them some information about him like place of birth, the college that he studied in and qualifications. Abdulla was little bit confused and he didn’t answered the interviewers question in correct way, it seems that he didn’t prepared well for the interview. The questions that Abdulla asked are what the job title?, and another question to know more about the company.

Reflection No.3

Interview: Mohammed Abdulla

In the first of the interview Mr. Hedley asked Mohammed Abdulla to introduce himself to the interviewers. He is studying in the Higher College of Technology for Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering. He is applying for a job as a mechanical engineer in ADWEA. Abdulla the interviewer asked Mohammed a question about the strengths and Mohammed replied with a confidence “to attend to later “. Mohammed answered to Youssef question he said that he has enough qualifications to get the job. In the last Mohammed asked a question about the contract and how long he will work for the company then Abdulla answered, for 5 years.

Reflection No.2

Interviewee: Omar

In the first part of the interview, the interviewers Hedley, Abdulla Hussain and Abdulla Ali introduced themselves to Omar and Omar did so as well. He is 18 years old and applied for chemical engineering in ENEC; he is still studying in HCT and his GPA last semester was 3.78. Hedley asked Omar what his outside interests; Omar answered Internet, reading and football. Mr. Hedley was surprised at Omar’s answers. Omar answered well to Mr. Hedley’s question which is “what do you prefer live to work or work to live?” Abdulla Ali the interviewer asked Omar about his qualifications and if he can work under pressure. At the end of the interview Omar asked Abdulla Hussain about the salary, Abdulla said the salary will be between 30,000 to 35,000 for fresh graduates. Omar question was to know why position was open? Abdulla’s answer was they needed more employees.

interviwee : Abdulla Jaber

The interview was on Sunday 19th February in higher college of technology Independent Research Centre room. He was interviewed by Hedley, Hammam and Ahmed Saleh In the first part of the the interview Abdulla introduced himself to the interviewers and he gave them information about himself. He is 19 years old graduated from Higher College of Technology and this is his first job. The interviewee had a good appearance and his English was excellent and he has a lot of vocabulary that will help him in the job. Abdulla applied for a job; the job title was mechanical engineer.  I realized from Abdulla answers that he is confident and ambitious. In the last last of the interview Abdulla Jaber asked a question to know who the manger is.
