In the beginning of the presentation Rashid introduced
himself and the other members of the group; their presentation was about
fencing. Rashid started the presentation with brief information about the
sport, and he also talked about the equipment of the sport and he showed the
audience some clothes or the uniform of fencing sport.
After that, Rashid role was finished and then Omar started to
talk about types of fencing swords and he let us notice the differences between
each one. Mr. Omar also talked about the rules and structure of the game. He gave
us some explanations about how players get points in each type of the game and
he also showed the penalties and fouls.
The last member of the group, Youssef talked about the
history of the game and the development. He also talked about fencing in the UAE
and the medals that the UAE team earned it in different competitions such as Asian
Games. Youssef showed some champions and famous players from different countries.
In the last part of the presentation they played a video showing some matches
from Athens Olympics.
